건축자산을 향한 3개의 시선 Three Perspectives on Architectural Assets
 
건축자산이란 2천년 역사도시 서울의 정체성과 시대적 층위를 보여주는 역사문화적 가치가 있는 건축물, 공간환경, 기반시설을 말합니다.
Architectural assets include buildings, spatial environment and infrastructure with historical and cultural values that show the identity of the 2,000-year-old city of Seoul and the progression over time.

서울시는 2000년대 초반 한옥보전 및 진흥정책을 시작으로, 2015년 '한옥 등 건축자산의 진흥에 관한 법률' 제정과 '서울한옥자산선언'을 통해 전통건축자산인 한옥은 물론, 근현대 건축물과 공간환경, 기반시설까지 건축자산의 범위를 확대하고 이에 대한 발굴, 지원, 활용 정책을 추진하고 있습니다.
Since the Hanok Conservation and Promotion Policy in the early 2000s, the Architectural Assets Promotion Act in 2015 and Seoul Hanok Assets Declaration, the Seoul Metropolitan Government has expanded the scope of preservation and promotion policies from just Hanok to include all architectural assets such as contemporary architecture.

이번 전시는 '건축자산을 향한 3개의 시선'을 주제로, 3가지 유형의 건축자산을 바라보는 과거, 현재, 미래 속의 서로 다른 주체들이 들려주는 다양한 이야기를 통해 건축자산의 가치와 의미를 살펴봅니다. 전시는 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 시민들이 일상 속 오래된 장소에 담긴 경험과 기억을 공유할 수 있는 장을 마련하며, 변화와 활용을 통해 우리의 삶을 더욱 풍요롭게 할 미래의 건축자산을 상상할 수 있게 만들 것입니다.
The exhibition titled Three Perspectives on Architectural Assets, examines the values and meaning of architectural assets through various stories and layers of the past, present and future. The exhibition, along with the online platform, will serve as a place to share various memories of familiar spaces and to explore potential architectural assets in the city through creative use that will ultimately enrich the lives of its citizens.
