리인벤터. 파리 (파리의 재탄생)
파빌리온 드 라르세날

파리시가 건축가, 도시전문가, 투자자들에게 혁신적인 도시 프로젝트 〈리인벤터. 파리〉라는 전례 없는 도전장을 던졌다. 미래의 도시를 상상하고 건설하기 위한 전혀 새로운 프로젝트이다. 건축가, 조경가, 도시계획가, 엔지니어뿐만 아니라 창업자, 농부, 인류학자, 예술가, 철학자, 기업가, 거주민 등으로 구성된 15개국 800여 개의 팀이 프로젝트를 만들고 도시와 건축 디자인의 새로운 해법을 찾고 있다. 전문가의 재능을 표출하고 특별한 프로젝트를 개발할 수 있도록 1년 동안 23 개 지역과 대지에 대한 연구가 진행되었다.

〈리인벤터. 파리〉는 1,300가구와 60,000m2의 공동작업 공간, 4개의 호텔과 3개의 유스호스텔, 수영장과 26,000m2 이상의 녹지 조성을 포함한 150,000m2의 개발을 할 것이다.

The City of Paris, in an unprecedented challenge to architects, urban operators, and investors, launched the Call for Innovative Urban Projects Réinventer Paris. It is the world’s first-of-its kind project that seeks to reimagine and build differently the city of tomorrow. More than 800 teams from 15 different nationalities—consisting of architects, landscape architects, urban planners, engineers as well as start-ups, farmers, anthropologists, artists, philosophers, entrepreneurs, and city residents—have rethought ways to create a project and seek the keys to a new language of urban and architectural design. For a year, twenty-three city sites and properties were proposed to this extensive group in order to express their talent and develop exceptional projects.

Réinventer Paris is committed to the development of 150,000m2, including more than 1,300 homes and 60,000m2 of co-working spaces and offices, to building 4 hotels, 3 youth hostels, a swimming pool, and to create more than 26,000m2 of planted area.
